Before Checkout
Standard purchasers see the trial length, amount due today, first post-trial charge and recurring amount before Checkout. Negotiated customers see the business, system, scope, setup charge, recurring trial selection, first recurring charge, later monthly amount and offer expiry before acceptance.
14-day standard trial
Stripe collects a payment method when a standard Essential or Growth billing trial begins. The trial starts when Checkout is completed, while Starforge begins onboarding and configuration. Nothing is charged for recurring service during those 14 days. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing starts automatically afterward. Review the date and amount shown by Stripe Checkout before confirmation.
Recurring billing
Essential charges CAD $99 for the first paid monthly billing period after the trial and CAD $149 monthly afterward. Growth charges CAD $299 at the end of the trial and CAD $299 monthly afterward. Custom recurring amounts are individually scoped. A private Custom offer may separately show a setup fee due immediately; that setup fee is not part of the recurring-service trial.
Cancellation
Customers with a linked Starforge account may use Manage Billing and Stripe Customer Portal to schedule cancellation at the end of the current period, including during trial to prevent the first recurring charge. Customers without a linked account can contact Starforge through the Support page for secure billing access. Any special minimum term or cancellation condition must be written in the accepted private offer or a separate signed agreement. Cancellation is effective only after Stripe confirms it.
Refunds
Any promised refund term must be written in the accepted private offer or a separate agreement. This page does not create a general refund promise or limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Failed payments
A failed invoice may interrupt service while billing is resolved. Starforge relies on signed Stripe events—not a browser success page—to determine paid, failed and subscription states.
