Information collected
Inquiry and direct-purchase forms collect the business name, contact name, email, optional phone number, selected plan and, for an audit, the problem described. Offers and customer records also store agreed scope, pricing, account status, and the Stripe identifiers required to reconcile billing.
Why it is used
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare agreed offers, provide and support automation services, maintain customer accounts, reconcile payments, prevent duplicate processing and protect the service.
Email drafts
The public form saves the inquiry and opens a draft in Gmail or an email application. Starforge does not claim that draft was sent. The visitor remains the sender and explicitly presses Send.
Google Sign-In
When you choose Google Sign-In, Starforge receives the basic identity information required for authentication, such as your verified email, name, profile image and Google account identifier. Starforge requests only the openid, email and profile scopes and does not request Gmail, Drive or other unrelated Google data.
Service providers
Starforge uses infrastructure and payment providers, including MongoDB Atlas, Render, Cloudflare and Stripe, to operate the service. Payment details are handled by Stripe; Starforge does not rebuild or store full card details.
Optional accounts and retention
A customer account is not required to buy a standard plan or pay a private offer. If you choose to connect an account, Starforge stores the association between the verified Google user and the authorized business. Records are kept for service, security, billing and legal needs.
